Title VI and Section 504
CIC’s team philosophy emphasizes the importance of every individual and every job performed. It is company policy to prohibit discrimination based on race, color or national origin, and, in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, CIC also prohibits discrimination based on disability.
Complaint Procedure
To file a discrimination complaint with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE), you can mail a complaint or send an email.

- Note that the Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity may delay processing complaints sent by mail

The OCRE can investigate actions that took place within 180 days of the complaint filing date, unless a waiver is granted.
