Nautilus Investments was founded by Sandeep and Carolyn Sood in 2007. In addition to its rich culture and proximity to popular locations, Hyde Park has substantial new retail development, great transit, and lakefront access. This purchase, made possible by CIC’s Mezzanine Debt, was a great opportunity to support the growth of a local, responsible real estate investment team, while at the same time preserving thirteen affordable rental units in a historic neighborhood that could have been otherwise lost to the high-cost market.
